Why do republicans want Obama to fail so bad?

I mean when Obama agrees with a bill/policy they run to the other side its ridiculous and say they changed their mind (WTF). I mean anything that would benefit the American public should be done but republicans will sacrifice jobs just to see Obama fail. Can u republicans explain that to me???
