Can I sue Cricket Communications?

I went to Cricket the other day to get my flashed phone turned on. When I got there the guy set up my account and took my money. Then he tried programming my phone for their service but failed. So he told me to take the phone next door to a phone repair shop to have them give me a different ESN number. Well when I came back to Cricket, they locked the doors. So I came back the next day so they could try to program my phone again. Well they couldn't get it to work so they took it next door to the repair shop to get my phone flashed again. The flash didn't work so I returned to Cricket and asked for my money back, but the lady said that they don't give back refunds for service charges. But I told her that the man yesterday took my money before he knew their service could work on my phone in the first place. But she just said they do not give back refunds for service charges. So I'm wondering if there is any way that I can get back my money.
