If a person loves abortion for any reason at anytime can he be a Republican? Why not?

No he may not be a Republican and any Republican that supports the killing of innocent babies through abortion should be banned from the party and given a reference to join Obama, Pelosi, Reed, and all the Democrats that have a great affinity to abortion. Hell, Obama fully supports partial birth abortion and that is something even some Democrats can't stomach.
